Martin Perhiniak<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Founder & CEO<\/strong><\/p>\n

Voted as one of the top 10 Adobe instructors in the world and currently providing consultancy to WPP, Adobe’s largest Creative Cloud enterprise customer.<\/p>\n

With over fifteen years of experience as a practising designer his online courses not only cover the technical knowledge you need. Martin also teaches a lot about design principles, compositional techniques and plenty of best practices that he picked up and developed while working as a graphic designer and illustrator on projects such as Pixar\u2019s Cars and Toy Story, BBC\u2019s Dr Who or Mattel\u2019s Team Hot Wheels.<\/p>\n

Shumi Perhiniak<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Creative Director & Designer<\/strong><\/p>\n

Shumi is a self-taught graphic designer. In 2012 she took a career break and devoted her time to studying Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. Six months later she started freelancing and within a year become a Certified Photoshop Expert.<\/p>\n

She has worked both in-house and in agency roles as a retoucher, artworker and moved on from junior to senior design roles. Working for brands like JJW hotels and Resorts, Toni&Guy Hair, Baker Ross and Renaissance Education. <\/p>\n

Barni Heredi<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Video Production Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n

Barni studied Architecture and for a while worked in his profession however his passion for video editing changed the course of his career. Originally a self-taught enthusiast. In 2014 he worked on different educational projects and devoted a lot of time to learning more about video editing. Whilst taking on freelance projects and working with different video editing platforms, including starting his own YouTube channel.<\/p>\n

He started working as a freelancer for YES before joining the team full time to both edit video content and create animations. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Tom Barad<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Director of Marketing & Growth<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tom is a marketing and small-business growth expert specializing in value and experience driven businesses. After 5 years working as a copywriter,  positioning and promotion consultant, he joined YES full time as our Marketing director.<\/p>\n

He is setting up and managing our campaigns, making sure that people who we can help the most will find us.<\/p>\n

Nisha E. Jahan<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Design Intern and Customer Support <\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n

Nisha is one of our students learning Graphic Design and focusing on improving her Photo Editing and Retouching skills, a passion that she developed whilst working as a model for brands such as New Look, Miss Selfridge and OK!<\/p>\n

She now works at Yes I’m a Designer on a freelance basis as a design intern and customer support whilst still working full-time in recruitment.<\/p>\n
